Every 68 seconds, someone in the US is sexually assaulted. Unfortunately, sexual assault is among the most common forms of crime in American society and the most underreported one. Acts of sexual violence can have severe physical, psychological, and emotional consequences on the victims, keeping them in the vicious cycles of trauma.
